Our story
Since 2018, from New Jersey
Hypinx Consulting LLC has operated since 2018 out of Iselin, New Jersey — a registered LLC, not a Telegram handle. We started with a simple premise: the staffing industry is full of vague promises and up-front fees, and engineers deserve better terms than that.
Today we run two tracks side by side. On the talent side, we work with engineers on mentorship, interview prep, and placement — career services designed to maximize your odds, with fees that begin only after you are placed and earning. On the employer side, we scout and vet engineers to spec, so hiring teams get an interview-ready shortlist instead of a stack of unqualified resumes.
Both tracks run on the same idea: real, written terms, no surprise fees, and a business that only wins when the people it works with do too.
